I’m a cheerful, easy going person who doesn’t take life too seriously, but values the things that matter. I’d say I’m thoughtful, grounded, and someone who’s always willing to help others.
I’m self-employed and enjoy the independence that brings. Earlier in life I spent a number of years living and working in France, which was a great experience and something I still look back on fondly.
I like to keep active—cycling has been a big part of my life for over 30 years in its many forms. Alongside that, I enjoy long walks, whether it’s a crisp winter morning followed by a cosy country pub, or a summer day on the coast with sand between your toes. It’s always better shared than done alone.
I enjoy a good mix of getting out and staying in—live music, comedy, or theatre, but I’m just as happy with a quiet night in and a decent film.
